Pirker & Storka BWS Flexi Bugwiper set - electronic

BWS Electronic for operation with electric winches, complete set with Flexi-Bugwipers made out of CFR-plastics.

Thanks to our invention the BWS Flexi-Bugwiper can be easily adjusted to any wing profile - beginning from the thin Ventus profile up to the profiles of ASW 19, Twin Astir, Duo Discus etc.

The set include:

- 2 pcs BWS Flexi-Bugwiper left /right (made out of fiber reinforced CFR-plastics with cleaning filaments, 2 pcs tilting parts, 4 pcs pins (enables fixing of the adjusted profile – if wanted), 4pcs screws for fixing the tilting part.
- 2 pcs electric winches left /right
- 1,5 m unplasticized PVC tube (guide for the retreaval line)
- x m retreaval line, Dyneema, a knot reduces tensile strength to about 30 – 50%
- 2 pcs plastic outlet tubes (for the line outlet at the fuselage)
- 1 pc control box with 2 toggle switches (optional: a second control box for double seater) OR 2 toggle-switch-circuit-board without box for mounting on instrument or side panel
- 1 set of electric cables for the power supply, length 3m with connectors
- 2 pcs flat cables for connecting control box with the electric winches
- 1 pc fuse / main switch 10A
- 6 pcs adhesive fixing parts for the cables and PVC tube (guiding the retreaval line)
- 1 m coated steel cable 0,5mm for slipping the Dyneema line into the PVC tube
- 1 pc manual (pdf-file)
